Social distancing at school means students are stuck in their seats for much of the day. Taking a mid-class yoga break can give students a chance to move their bodies, clear their minds, and refocus.
You don’t have to be in a classroom to benefit from this sequence! Anyone can use this video to take a much needed break from anything. How about a mid-meeting stretch for you and all your colleagues?
