Meditation for Test Anxiety

Posted on April 8, 2021April 17, 2021 by newschoolyoga

Do you have students who struggle with test anxiety? (Or maybe you are that student.) This is a simple guided meditation to help students come into the present, observe their thoughts, and let go of test-related nerves. This meditation ends with the silent repetition of a mantra to increase feelings of confidence and self-acceptance.

If you’re a teacher, you can push play and invite your entire class to follow along with this meditation before any type of assessment.

If you’re a student, use this meditation any time you’re feeling the pressure to perform on a test.
