Yoga for Teens: Half Moon Sequence

Posted on June 29, 2020 by newschoolyoga

Join me (and my dogs) for a 15 minute Half Moon Sequence! (Who says you can’t play fetch while you practice yoga?)

This is a dynamic sequence that begins with a warm up and takes you through a series of poses to prepare your body for the peak pose, Half Moon. This class ends with a brief closing meditation to cultivate love for yourself and others.

If you have a yoga block (or a yoga block substitute, like a large book) handy, I suggest you grab it. If you don’t have a block, you can certainly do this sequence without one.

Let’s find peace and love within ourselves so we can send peace and love out into the world.

Thank you so much for joining me! If you enjoy this class, please check out these other classes for teens:
